Michael’s drive for serving on the ASNT Board of Directors was to serve the member and give back to the NDT community. Michael feels that this is such an amazing industry, and that it is truly incredible what anyone can achieve, if they strive for it.

Michael has received an ASNT Fellow, the ASNT Mentoring Award, and the 2015 George L. Pherigo Tutorial Citation. Michael also became the youngest ASNT Life member on record, at the time, in 2016.
In 1996 Michael married the love of his life, Sharyl, and they now focus on NDT Enterprises, enjoy spending time with their fur babies, hiking, camping (with the Jeep), as well as other hobbies.
